This brisket rub is sensational on a low and slow smoked brisket.
Any Texan barbecuer will tell you that a good brisket rub has a foundation of SPG (Salt, Pepper & Garlic) and this is no exception. A special blend of 12 herbs and spices including the delicious flavours of Rosemary, Bay Leaf and Ancho Chilli flakes with fragrant ground Pasilla Chilli and smoked & sweet Paprika. With a hint of Mustard seed, Onion Flakes and Brown Sugar for that extra mouthwatering taste.
Perfect with brisket and all other beef cuts as well as pork and lamb.
