BOBSLEIGH Beijing has been created as a limited edition rub to celebrate the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
It's recipe is based on traditional Beijing seasoning and is most commonly used to flavour lamb. That said it will compliment all meats including pork, chicken and beef.

Cumin (Seed & Ground), Coriander (Leaf & Ground), Black Pepper, Five-Spice, Chilli (Tear Jerk & de Arbol), Ginger, Sea Salt
