Who doesn't like Mexican food?! This moreish rub is an authentic blend of Mexican herbs and spices. We use "Mexican Oregano" which, believe it or not, is not Oregano; it is actually Lippia graveolens, a flowering plant similar to oregano.
We recommend rubbing chicken, pork, goat, beef or shrimp with this delicious seasoning.
