Gettin' piggy wit' it!
Here at TTHQ we love slow smoked, pulled pork butt and this rub is just the ticket when it comes to rubbing your pork! It's a staple rub that isn't overly complicated. This is because pork has such incredible flavours we didn't want to over power them. Use this rub on any cut of pork but especially on a pork shoulder - whether on the BBQ or in the oven. It always goes down a storm!
